It depends

What's your document tracking? Individual hours attended v. scheduled?

Keep in mind, Domino views do only the most rudimentary calculations.

If you're only displaying the numbers, then simply displaying the actual hours attended followed by the scheduled hours, in a text column, would help.

If you intend to calculate from the values, there's always calculating a percentage, and displaying that percentage on the column.

Averaging is tougher, but it's possible with percentage calculations and categorization of the documents. But keep in mind, the averaging occurs by dividing by ... I believe it's the number of documents that're in your category.
